There are so many different perspectives that the world is being viewed from. I use photography to document my perspective. And often times, I think the best viewpoints are from those that are different than me.

I sometimes ask myself, “what must this look like to something like a insect or small animal.” These different viewpoints are what make the world what it is. This questions sometimes leads me to photograph very colorful and bight subjects & sometimes they are much darker, more somber.

I find a lot of inspiration from nature and how it changes or affects man made things over time. Something that was once pristine and new is often times reduced to this crumbling forgotten thing that will one day be lost to time. The moment I click that button and a picture is taken, I know that I’ve captured a take on the world that some may not have considered. I am to capture and look at the world in as many different perspectives as I can.
