A: There are several locations where you will be able obtain a Tour Guide in September:
i. Art League of Lincoln, 580 Sixth Street, Lincoln, CA Open Thurs-Sun 11am-3pm
ii. Auburn Old Town Gallery, 218 Washington Street, Auburn, CA Open every day except Tuesday until 6pm, and until 9pm on Friday & Saturday.
iii. Blue Line Arts, 405 Vernon Street, Roseville, CA Open Tues-Sat, 11am-5pm

A: The 31st Annual Placer Artists Tour is a free self-driving tour showcasing talented
artists in diverse mediums over 2 weekends: November 8, 9, 10, & 15, 16, 17, from
10 am – 5 pm. Weekend 1 all artists are showing, and weekend 2 is optional; be sure and
look for the symbol indicating open both weekends for those showing the 2nd weekend.
You’ll visit artists in their studio, see their art process and be able to speak with them, as
well as have the opportunity to purchase art. There is no cost to attend. All Tour
information is on our website PlacerArtistsTour.org including a robust Artist Directory,
Events Calendar, and Sponsors. In addition, we will once again have a beautiful printed Tour Guide,
available in several locations after September. The 2024 Tour features 141 artists, art
galleries, and art schools. Some studios featured live music.
A: Pre-registration is not mandatory, but it is free and does offer advantages such as special prize and gift drawings plus use of the Bidcrest Passport app. Pre-register here.
A: It is not necessary to make appointments on the Placer Artists Tour. The tour is free to all. The Tour is over 2 weekends: November 8, 9, 10, & 15, 16, 17, from 10am- 5pm. A: The names and addresses of studios are available on our website, as well as the printed tour guide. You may pick up a tour guide at several locations.

iii. Navigate using a high-level Printed Tour Guide map in the tour guide
iiv. Download and print a map from our website (the map is two printable pages)

A: The Tour is open to any artist, gallery, art school, and music school in Placer County. If an Artist lives or works in Placer County they are eligible. The application period is in the spring, usually between March 1 – April 30. Click here and indicate you are an artist. You will be emailed call to artist opportunities including the Tour.
