About

Meg began her jewelry training in 1975. She apprenticed for 2 years with Elfstone Silver and Gold in Cape Cod, Mass. In 1978 she moved back to California, started her own business, and taught jewelry making for 7 years at the UCDavis Craft Center. In 1984 Meg and her husband moved to Nevada City. Over the years Meg has participated in over 600 art and craft shows, joined many galleries and made a lot of jewelry. She has been a member of the Auburn Old Town Gallery since April 2005.

Meg works primarily in sterling silver but also uses gold-filled and karat gold. In her beautiful, limited edition jewelry, Meg uses thoughtfully varied gemstones that come from all over the world. Like so many artists, Meg loves nature and includes handmade silver leaves, flowers and tendrils in many of her designs. Meg makes pendants, rings, earrings, bracelets and necklaces. Many of her pieces are one-of-a-kind. Most rings can be sized as well as her bracelets. Meg’s jewelry is designed to last, to be worn and to be enjoyed.
