JCLee Studios / School of Sculpture

At JCLee Studios, we are devoted to the enduring art of sculpting the human form in water-based clay. Founded by sculptor Jim Lee in Auburn, California, our school provides a welcoming, hands-on environment where artists of all experience levels can explore, refine, and elevate their craft.

Our mission is rooted in three core principles:

Every workshop is designed to immerse students in the sculptural process—offering technical instruction, artistic guidance, and the freedom to let each sculpture evolve uniquely from the clay.
