I’ve always had the heart of an artist—it just took retirement to get my head in the game. These days, my grand plan is to see the world, dip my toes in every ocean, and capture the colors, cultures, and characters I meet along the way.

I’m a bit of a medium-hopper, but watercolor is my first love—it reflects me. it begins in fits and starts and flows from here to there, never landing exactly where I expect. I also enjoy the dreamy, molten world of encaustic painting. Both mediums seem to live in the moment, and that’s where I try to stay too.

Creating art now is less about perfection and more about joy—feeding my curiosity, capturing beauty, and sharing a bit of the magic I find in each new adventure.
