Celeste Budd

I began this passion (love) for mosaics by tilling floors, walls and more. From there, I broke plates and graduated to glass on glass. I am committed to learning new techniques and teaching all that I know.
I incorporate beads, gems, recycled materials as well as stained glass in my work. It is my hope to evoke a smile, a thought or pleasant emotion when you see my work.
