About
Auburn Clay Arts Studio was born in September 2021, when a few friends with a shared vision teamed up to start a ceramics school. Located in the lower level of the General Gomez Arts and Events Center in Auburn, the space is steeped in local history, and has been a dedicated ceramics space since 1997.
We offer class sessions for wheel throwing and hand-building, as well as open studio space for potters. We are outfitted with electric and gas kilns, ready to fire your work up to cone 10 to create a unique and artisanal finish.
