Noel Flynn Gallery

Noel Flynn gallery is a full service custom frame shop and art gallery featuring original art by Noel Flynn and other local artists.

Noel has managed Noel Flynn Gallery (formerly Frame Factory) since its inception back in 1992. It was originally located in the old Mervyn’s shopping center on Douglas Blvd. Noel played an integral part in building the foundation to success by treating every customer with respect and developing a reputation of trust, reliability, and having a keen eye for detail.

In 2003, Noel purchased the business from the original (absentee) owner. Shortly after that, he took the first step towards realizing his dream; owning his own gallery and frame shop. Keeping the Frame Factory exactly as it was, he converted the front showroom into a gallery featuring artwork from a variety of local artists in a range of mediums, including his own paintings. In 2007, Noel Flynn Gallery & Frame Factory moved to 225 Vernon Street in historic downtown Roseville, but as he has outgrown that location, he relocated to his current, larger space at 404 Vernon Street in January 2024.
