Celeste Budd

I began this passion from tiling floors to walls and then breaking plates. I am committed to learning new techniques as well as teaching others. My work incorporates glass beads, pebbles, quilling and recycled materials to increase the tactile experience. My subjects are landscapes to contemporary to fine art. My hope is that my work generates a smile, a memory or a feeling of tranquility.
