Mary Pivetti

Inspired by our stunning Sierra foothill backdrop and Auburn’s vibrant changing seasons, my watercolors and wilderness designs seek to echo nature’s many expressions. The focus my of current commissioned and non-commissioned work include watercolors (my primary medium), oils, wood burning onto leather and gourds, steampunk, one of a kind nature-infused wreaths, bird houses, and fire starters. In watercolors specifically, I strive to control the medium, but am constantly motivated to explore new brush strokes and color mixing techniques to fine tune my style.
