Painting with watercolor allows me to capture a moment in time. It also helps me capture my emotional response to that moment. I love painting flowers, birds, and landscapes. I also enjoy the challenge of painting other subjects that I’ve never painted before as well.

The photographs I’ve taken over the years while I lived in Europe, my travels to South Korea, and many places in the United States, plus my own backyard garden, provide me with inspiration for creating my paintings. If I don’t have a plan or an idea for my next painting, I just look through my photos and one of them always jumps out at me saying, “Paint me next!” Please take a look at my website to view some of my “moments in time”.
