I am a mixed media artist. I love to create. I love to explore and experiment with paint, mark making and collage.

I paint to express myself, to play, to wonder, to experiment, to know myself, to dig deep and ever deeper. I paint because I love to paint, It feels like magic.

My works usually begin with color or a collage element, something that is just begging me to paly with it. The first mark always leads me on a journey and points to the next color, mark of collage piece. This mark-making is like call and response.

I never know when or how a piece will end, at some point I just know when it is done. Creating art, creating magic is not easy work; but, oh, how I love it!
