Jan Miller

Jan Y. Miller has resided in Northern California all of her adult life. She has a B.A. in Fine Arts from California State University, Sacramento and has studied art at Western Illinois University. Jan has worked in many art mediums, but work in pastels has been her focus for the past several years. Composition is a key element of Jan’s work. Her paintings are created to share life experiences and visions. A compilation of artistic elements, views and ideas is used to form a final composition. Her studio can be found at the Newcastle Packing Sheds, Newcastle, California.
