As a child I fell in love with weaving after seeing a beautiful tapestry being formed on a loom. But it wasn’t until my early 20’s that I was finally able to learn to spin wool and pick up a shuttle to weave my own art, using wool from the family sheep ranch. After dabbling in other forms of fiber art and making jewelry, I recently discovered painting, using the vibrant free-flowing colors of Alcohol Ink. I hope my art will brighten your walls as they do in my family’s home, studio and gallery.I am a member of the Arts Council of Placer County, the Sierra Vista Artists, and the Meadow Vista Artists Association.
