I am a full time hospital medicine physician with a profound belief in the healing power of art. In the midst of my demanding professional life, I discovered art as a sanctuary and a stress relief. This exploration became a passion, inspiring me to teach art classes at my hospital to help fellow staff members alleviate stress and find relaxation through creativity.

My connection to art runs deep, rooted in cherished childhood memories of visiting my grandfather’s art room in Russia. I vividly recall the joy of opening his cabinet drawers, immersed in the captivating smell, feel, and vibrant colors of the pastels I found there. This early experience sparked a lifelong love for pastels, which remain my specialty.

As a certified art therapist, I am committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can explore, relax, and express themselves through art. I believe in the transformative potential of creativity and strive to foster a cozy space for self-discovery and healing.
