Auburn Clay Arts Studio is located in the lower level of the historic General Gomez Arts and Events Center in Auburn, in a space that has been dedicated to ceramic arts since 1997. We offer beginner classes in wheel throwing and hand building, as well as workshops and open studio memberships. Our goal is to provide a warm, inclusive space that welcomes potters of all skill levels.

Join our email list to hear about upcoming workshops and events with talented local clay artists. We are outfitted with electric and gas kilns, ready to fire your work up to cone 10 to create stoneware with an artisanal finish. Slab rollers, Shimpo and Brent wheels, and a multitude of tools and glazes will be at your fingertips.

​We are located at the General Gomez Arts Center, 808 Lincoln Way, Auburn CA. Entrance is around back.
